What happens at renewal?
Every tier renews automatically on the anniversary of your purchase, at exactly the rate you originally paid — no bracket creep, no annual bumps. If coverage lapses, the next signup uses whatever the current published rate is.
Do you ever discount?
No sales. No seasonal drops. No promo codes. If cost is a barrier for a family or coach we believe in, scholarships are available on written request — that's the only path.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to your current renewal date so you never lose paid time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — you keep full access until then.
Does PRO include athlete access?
Yes. A GRX PRO seat includes athlete workbook access for a registered roster of up to 15 players. Above 15, teams typically move to ELITE for the additional seats, org-level support, and on-site clinic day.
What if I'm outside the US?
Phase 1 is US-only while we get the systems dialed. International pricing is deferred to v2 and international buyers join a waitlist — leave your details via hello@grxperformance.com and we'll notify you when we open.
Can multiple coaches share a PRO seat?
No — PRO is per-coach because each coach gets individual coaching call access, community membership, and workbook licensing. Programs with 3+ coaches usually save money moving directly to ELITE.
